Help with a hinge problem

I have a monks chest which has a folding table/back rest....but the bolts/hinges are missing....now I know what I want to replace it but I don't know what I would call it to find, I've literally searched everything I can think of.
So imagine screwing a knob on a draw.....but instead of a knob I just want an almost flush slightly domed end cap. What would this be called?

Not entirely sure what your after, but try and search concealed or flush door knob/handle
