I have a french door that is not sealing properly at the top when I close it and lift the handle - I get a heck of a draught thru at the top but its OK at the bottom.
This is the hinge

There appears to be a hex socket top and bottom plus that screw you can see.
Can the door be tipped back in the frame a little (ie parallel to the directin you'd walk thru the doorway) at the top to help the rubber seal squish down fully when closed?
eta it would need tipping back in the frame by about 2-3mm I reckon
