The wind has just dislodged a great lump of the rendering running along the roof line above the first floor windows on the front of my house, similiar to those in the picture . I need to get it checked in case other pieces are loose and re rendered at some time. I just need be able to use the correct terms when discussing it with any trades person in describing what needs to be done . I am also unsure of prices for repair and replace Any advice would be helpful.
