Hi, I have just bought a 1930s semi. There is a slight crack on the bay window wall above the living room window and below the bedroom window. Some of the render is loose so I picked it off. Its looks like the wall is made of wood. The wood directly on top of the living room window looks a bit rotten in places.
We are getting the house re rendered in a few weeks. Will the wood in the bay need replacing before the render goes on or will it be ok? Any advice would be much appreciated.
