Help! (with which render to use on my 1930's semi)

I've a 1930's house with pebbledash that I'm in the process of removing and at the same time redoing some of the wall ties. Attached is a new kitchen extension, block built.

I'm very confused as what the right / sensible render to use is. There seems to be so many options. My neighbour has used a sand / cement / lime render mix which is cheap as chips to buy in. My issue is I'd like to have something with a bit more flexibility. I seen the Weber OCR render which according to the speil is better and more flexible. I def don't want Monocouche. Silicone interests me but with that it seems to be another rabbit hole to go down as to what to use as the base coat or whether sand and cement can be used as a base (which doesn't seem a clever thing to do), driving up the cost.

I don't want to break the bank and there is a budget for this I just want the smartest option on balance. My main concern is that I really, really don't want to render the walls to find cracks appearing in a year or two. Hopefully some Tradespeople with historical experience can advise?

TIA!

OP,
Why not post pics of the walls in question?
Who said that you need to renew wall ties?
Can any cracks or defects be seen on the inside of the interior skin walls?

I've a couple of horizontal cracks in the pebbledash running from the north west corner running 2-3 meters along the wall. BC said it was probably wall ties so I'll investigate it further once the render is off. These were present when we moved in so not because of any footings we put in.

No photos because I didn't think they were needed. Will up some tomorrow.
