Hi

I was hoping if anyone could advise me on replacing the heating element in a NEFF cooker.

I watched some videos and it all seemed very clear and straight forward. Unfortunately when removing the element, the wires popped off the connectors. I have a single wire connected to the element and two loose. It appears to be two live wires and an earth wire.

All the videos said to take a photo of the wiring before removal so you knew how to wire it back up. Unfortunately I can't do this. I've been looking around online for some sort of wiring diagram without any luck. Anyone able to advise me how to fix this?

I presume you can tell which is the earth wire.

If so, connect it to the body of the element.
It doesn't matter which way round you connect the other two to the element ends.

If the spades were so loose that they popped off the old element, use some pliers to gently squeeze them together so they grip the element terminals a bit tighter. They shouldn't just fall off. If you don't do this you could get problems with the connection overheating.
