Can anyone explain why there is only 1 black an three red wires on pic att,and if I can replace with second image

Because, I suppose, one cable has two reds - if only two cables.

No, because you do not have a neutral wire - unless hidden out of picture and there are three cables.

Just to add - the black is almost certainly NOT a neutral. Its not a valid assumption, especially when dealing with light switches, to assume that a black wire is a neutral wire.
