Just had an after thought
try downloading EVERY!!! update that MS offer in the WINDOWS UPDATE
All of RECOMMENDED and OPTIONAL or whatever there called I forget keep installing then rebooting then go back to WINDOWS UPDATE until they both display NONE!!!!
