I have a volkera boiler installed in 2004. I have a problem in that I have hot water downstairs but only tepid upstairs in bathroom sink, bath and shower. have checked pressure. It was low but have rectified this now. The water remains the same. m really anxious about a big bill. I oly moved into the house 4 months ago. Any ideas???? Thanks. Jan
