CAn anyone recommend merchant that deals with above. I've heard that Jewsons give competitive prices

Probablky any plumbers merchants stock or will get you Uponor Polyplumb or Hepworth UFH.

I recommend your nearest merchant, so that you can go and talk to them. Why not engage a local installer on a consultancy basis, and just pay him for a couple of hours (or so) of his design expertise?
