My planned toilet location has had to be shifted (from pointing West to pointing North), this means my perfect location for a hidden cistern is now not directly behind the bog. I'm wondering can I add some waste pipe lengths and elbows to get my hidden position cistern to empty into the toilet or do they have to be directly behind with the simple 90degree pipe connection? And if this is the case should I now be looking for a toilet with external cistern?
