Hiding cables

I have laminate flooring in the living room and kitchen, where they meet i removed the door threshold and I've pulled 3 cables (sky. tv and phone) in the gap between the two, but now i need to cover these cables, does anyone know of a link/supplier for this. Cheers.

a new laminate threshold cover will go over them just fix it down with some sealant

Wilkinson had some cheap real timber thresholds and at 80mm wide will cover most threhold gaps, can be cut down.
