Would I be able to hide a boiler behind a kitchen wall unit, renewing units and boiler is smack bang in the middle of wall, would plumber be able to access boiler for servicing ect
So you want to put a whole unit in front of the boiler and use it for stoarge???
How would anyone get to it to repair and service? It would be a total nightmare unless you are willing to remove said unit every time access is needed. And then, you need to consider any ventilation requirements and clearances etc etc.

ok, so you want to put a boiler on the wall, and put a door in front to hide it, not behind an acutal unit (saw this once, just walked out )
As long as the kitchen fitter abides by the MI's regaridng ventilation, clearances etc, then this is fine. Rule of thumb, the Mi's are minimum, try and give as much room as possible.
