Hi Just returned from Holiday and found that our son had not Hot Water or heating for 2 weeks. pressure was really low. I opened the filling loop to increase the pressure up to 1bar. Like an iidiot i opened it to much and the valve shot out and flooded the place. I sorted this out but since then the pressure has been at 2.6bar appx. and water dripping out of the pipe outside. I have tried bleeding all the radiators but no good. I then tried bleeding some water from a radiator downstairs. This reduces the pressure to where i want it but within an hour it is back up again. I have done this 3 times now with the same results. Any Ideas please would be much appreciated. :( [/b]

sounds like the filling tap has broken the tip off as usual but this time its not seated back properly. if you are handy enough you could remove the filling tap and possibly reseat it then refit and reduce your pressure.
