Hi, wonder if anyone could shed any light on the following problem in my brand new house

Basically the kitchen tap will drop water after swicthed off 3 or 4 times over an hour, its got quite a long neck and i thought it would be just whats left in the neck but 3 or 4 drops must be more than whats in there, they have just replaced the tap like for like which is a Bristan Artisan EF, occasionally some of the other taps will drop water after a period of time, but not as often.

The shower an Aqualisa Quartz dual Digital with adjustable head and over head drencher drops water the same as the kitchen tap, but not from the adjustable, only from the drencher.

The house has an High Presure hetaing system 'megalflow' with incoming water pressure set to about 2.6 bar when static, which seems a bit low??, as when the bath is running the shower and other taps arnt exacly ... very good pressure if that makes sense.

Any thoughts ?

The pressure can be set to 3bar if you have that pressure from water mains. Remember that if a pressure reducing valve is set at 3bar say, and your incoming mains is actually less, then you will not get 3bar pressure, (but pressure will increase at off peak times).
The flow rate is as important as pressure. Make sure your mains stopcock(s) are full open and that no restrictive valves are installed on the supply pipes.
System requires servicing once a year by a G3 unvented qualified plumber to keep everything in safe and properly working order and keep your 25year cylinder warranty. The service should include filter cleaned.
Your tap that drips might just be the design of spout and a restrictive aerator on end of tap nozzle would prevent the dripping.
(Also advisable on all taps to make them flow more gently and saves water usage).
If kitchen tap still drops it might be dirt in cartridge or fault
