Hi all - I'm baffled by this - any ideas please.
I have an 8 Camera Hikvision installation recording on a DS-7616NI-SE-P-8 DVR, 3GB. Using the Hikvision pre- installed DS-7616NI-SE/P Software/operating system.
It is working fine and has been for the past 3 years, however I have just noticed (and I don’t know how long it has been like this) that camera 1 records and stores about 5 months of recorded time but the other 7 only hold 3 days worth each. Of course it would be better and I would like to spread the time over all cameras
The HDD is always full but is set to overwrite and I assume that is working OK as Cam1 is capturing current time and overwriting the oldest data.
I assume there is a setting somewhere that I have overlooked – any help would be appreciated – thanks in anticipation.
