Hinge for double glazed door - not sure available any more

We have a uPVC door and part of the hinge has broken. We can't find anyone that sells this type of hinge and they maybe no longer available. I have attached pictures of the part that is broken. Does anyone know where I can get this from or any tips about how to fix it? I have also included a picture of what it should look like.
