I do despair, why do you post stuff like this. Ever heard of Google??? 
If you type in "hiring 16th edition testing equipment" into the search engine (I copied the text from your post!!) then you get a whole heap of companies.
Try this for starters

You'll probably need to telephone them to ask. Do you need instructions on how to use a phone? Post on the plumbers forum
