Hi,
I have just installed Hive heating and Hot water and all is all working fine.
I now need to remove the old thermostat from the wall completley.
I have tried to trace the wiring back to the central heating junction box but there is no label/diagram showing which wires these are
I have added some photos of the old thermostat wiring and the junction box wiring
Any help appreciated thanks

Yellow to white should be heating on, red at the stat should come from the Hive to then send switched live to the boiler. So Normally open from your Hive should go to the white on the 3 port valve

By tracing the motorised valve cable, I have labelled all but three connections, I am sure you can find out the remaining three without too much of a problem, the red between room stat and earth, seems likely also rooms stat, should be easy enough. I assume running as a Y Plan.

Thanks for the reply,
Sorry new to all this - From what i have read i have to disconnect the thermostat from the junction box and then bridge them together where i have removed them from. Can you point out which ones to remove and bridge as still not sure

So i bridge the connection between the white arrows and disconnect the neutral?
