hive and lp112

anyone help, I have replaced my lp112 with hive heating, the hot water works fine but nothing when I press the heating button, I have tried it in both modes but still the same, the wiring on the lp112 was the same as the diagram so used the existing back plate, so wondering if the hive is not compatible with my system

Ok its fix able,
Just supply photos of your wiring alterations inside wiring box/centre, snaps of your boiler (gas ! ) snap of pipe arrangement in your airing cupboard,room thermostat any ufh heating.your hive,then info will flow.

did you have an existing room thermostat with the LP112 ?

no there's not a room thermostat, its on a old glow worm hideaway
