Hive & Danfoss-230L

Good evening all,

Looking to install the Hive active heating to replace the Danfoss-230L - I do believe it is a straight forward swap, backing plate is already in place. The only adjustment would be to bridge L to common (which would be Pin#1 on the plate?)

Are you fitting the single channel or double channel version of Hive? As they are wired differently. Likewise, you never mentioned anything about what boiler or system. I'm guessing the info you need it below:


THE BELOW IS TECHNICALLY FOR COMBI WIRING ONLY

Hive Single Channel

L&N stay the same
Link L to terminal 1
3 Stays the same as your boiler on switch

Hive Double Channel

L&N stay the same
3 needs to be moved to 4 to the heating on switch
