Hive install help

hi first time posting here and needing some advice. I have run a ground while install our hive system. The old system was using a flash immermat timer and thermostat. Perm live was installed into this which then gave power to the boiler and pumps etc it’s a y plan system. After removing the thermostat and installing a new 3 spur supply for the boiler and etc to run, which are now running constant as there is no controller installed yet. I have power for the hive unit but i cannot figure out where the heat on should be wired into as everything is wired together with no switches that i can see.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

You say Y plan, but orange and grey on the motorised valve seem as if not used, when I had a wiring mess up like that, I took photos then rewired from scratch. I simply can't work out how it ever worked with the grey and orange wires cut off.
