Hive thermostat keeps changing current time by 10 minutes

Hello,

I have a Hive thermostat but it keeps changing the current time by 10 minutes.

I change the time setting and save it with the current time, which works.

Later in the day I go back, and the clock has gone back by exactly 10 minutes- every single time I do this.

What's going on?
