Hive wiring question

i have a hive hot water and heating system, 2 channels.

I recently had my kitchen redone and the reciever disconnected. Now I am only getting hot water if the hive is on and I manually press the boost button on my thermostat at my water tank.

On checking the wiring to the hive reciever, there is one unconnected wire and two spare slots. Can anyone advise what may be wrong.

cannot see pic also who installed hive system as i suggest to get them back, if you do need help we will need more info such as model of hive and boiler.
