No, I don't think so..
Though I do feel a bit rotten, pointing it out, when it's already been connected!
No I don't think so either, however it seems there is a discrepancy in sheath position:
But checking more closely the cable tie has been removed and ferrite moved closer to the ferrules
I will disconnect and move the ferrit up and the neutral along to terminal 4. Hopefully that will give me enough room to loop the earth in and sit the clamp fully on the sheath. It's very tight at the clamp end due to the ferrit taking up almost the full width of the cavity.
