Bad manufacture then Ian... Get it swapped under warranty. You may even get to keep the leaky one and could get it welded and use somewhere else

Yeah, it would take a small weld right round the tapping, then buffed flat and painted. It's the only thing that could take the pressure long term, anything else would give way eventually.
