Our walk-in shower leaks - I discovered that there's a gap in one corner of the shower

and water just leaks out on the other side:
.

What's the best way to block it up?

I'm very much a novice DIYer (if that) but I'd imagine the gap's too big to just silicone it all up. I'm wondering if I could buy some small piece of rubber or similar (but obviously mouldproof) to block it up then silicone that in?

Thanks a lot.

Is that a sliding door? If so shouldn’t there be another seal on the inside covering the wheel & overlapping the inside of the tray. If not you can get retrofit seals which may cure it.
