Hi all,

We've just had our ensuite redone with new shower, sink and toilet. We have kept the original tiling as it wasn't that bad, we're going to re-grout some bits otherwise it is good. The are some drill holes in some of the tiles where old hooks have been and an old mirror. I just wondered if there is a way to fill them rather than leave them or replace the tile, mainly because the tiles have been discontinued I think.

Any tips would be welcome.

Thanks,
B.

Okay, in that case a good filler and then when fully dry and smoothed off, a coat of a white nail varnish (£2 from Boots) completes the job. I used this method when a tenant vacated one of my properties and left a broken wall mounted can opener in place that he had fitted without my permission. I got this tip from a tiler and it proved to be very effective. Needless to say, that tenant forfeited his security deposit for all the faff he put me through.
