My house is about 12 years old and the dividing walls are made of a Honeycomb (Cardboard) of plasterboard. As I am about to divide up a room I would like to use the  same product but i do not know the name of it-also is it still available?

the only way to match-in is by ripping timber down to size and building stud partitions.

i would only advise this if you were say filling in a doorway.

if you were building a complete wall then i would be inclined to use something a little bit more substantial, then fill the voids with fibreglass insulation.
