Honeywell 3 port motorised valve

a quick question (I hope) I need to purchase a Honeywell 3 port motorised valve and it states on thier site that it's for 22mm and 28mm pipework...is this 22mm or 28mm (ie two different units) or 22mm & 28mm...therefor universal.
