I totally recommend switching off the electrical stuff! 
uk-plumbing.com was where i got the replacement head from. £58 delivered and including VAT. I'm not trade so this was the cheapest i could find. I ordered at about 11am and it turned up next day via ANC/FedEx!

Damn! Just when i thought replacing the powerhead had fixed it!
When it all first turns on everything seems to work fine and the valve opens correctly whenever i ask it too, e.g. turn the HW stat up or down and the same for the room stat.
BUT after about 1 hour with both HW and CH on the powerhead starts clicking (in the middle position) and the pump and CH turn off. To get the CH back on I have to turn the HW off either by the stat or the programmer.
Anyone got anythoughts?
