Honeywell 3 way valve replaced previous.....

Hello, in the summer I replaced an old Switchmaster (I think) with the Honeywell 3 way valve.

I took advice from here and re-wired, all ok until I tried to turn the heating on last weekend, I think it may be wired incorrectly, as when I put heating on constant the output pipe to the heating goes cold!

Does anyone have any ideas i.e. does it sound incorrectly wired? I only follwed instructions from here and hot water is ok.

Please help as it's cold here now!
 
DOne it several times, though I'd have to look up the wiring. How did you wire it?
