Hi Guys
I have a 3 way honeywell valve that works fine, Just 1 thing concerns me is that when the hot water is on the valve is in a rest postion as normal than when heating is required the valve moves thru its cycle then when the timer switches off the valve remains powered in the ch position? (Getting quite warm and slight buzz) it is not until i switch off the power to the whole system that the valve returns to rest. Is this normal?? the controler is a honeywell ST699

That is normal. The valve will stay in that pos until a call from hw or power is turned off.It won't do it any harm.
