honeywell ade gen 4 help

Hello there alarm been installed working fine for a year today come home to lcd keypad not working (was lit up just unresponsive ) alarm going off so power off removed cover battery and fuses to silence as it has been going off for an hour.

Connected everything back up and keypad still unresponsive jus displaying the image shown below with no lights please help ASAP as I want friendly neighbours

Anyone local and can fix I am willing to pay

check cables try powering down and back up without the battery connected.
