Hi,
I have a Honeywell CM901 and am struggling to understand the programme feature.

There are 6 'times' I can programme throughout the day - but I am not clear whether these are on /off times! If I have 8pm as 20 degrees, will it keep the temperature at 20 degrees until the next time period kicks in?

So meaning, if I want the heating to turn off overnight, I should set something like:
8pm - 20 Celsius
11pm - 10 Celsius (effectively turning the boiler off until...
7am - 20 Celsius

Hope that makes sense - any help much appreciated!

This comes up lots of times. Lots of previous answers if you search.

In brief you are correct in statement there are no off times. If you want the heating to be off at a certain time you set it to a low temp target such as 10,12 or 14C. This will apply to the next set program time and temp.

All explained in the pretty comprehensive honeywell manual which you can also find online. Google is your friend.
