Hi - I have the above system with Honeywell IR800M PIR's with CR123 lithium batteries. The batteries in all sensors have lasted 3-4 years - apart from one which triggers a low battery warning on the panel after only 3-4 months. The first time I though it might just be a dud battery - but I have now replaced it many times while the others remain fine. I'm using duracell batteries so quality shouldnt be a problem. When I test the battery after a warning is displayed it always indicates the battery is fine. Any thoughts why this is happening?

Sounds like it might be a duff sensor drawing too much current. I'd expect at least 12 months battery life, even in rooms with a relatively high amount of traffic. How are you testing the battery? If you're using a multimeter, they need to be reading at least 3 volts to be useable, anything below that and I'd change it out.
