Honeywell HC60NG receiver turning off

Hi,

Im just wondering if anyone has encountered this problem before?

Ive just had a new baxi boiler installed with a wireless honeywell thermostat. The receiver turns off randomly but the power is still going to the boiler, all the wiring has been checked and the receiver has also been swapped but this has made no difference. Ive also factory reset the receiver and it still does it. Has anyone encountered this before and if so then how did you fix it?

Which Baxi boiler?

Is it the wireless thermostat (Y6630D) or a programmer (CM9xx)

Which light is going off on the receiver?

Are you sure that the receiver's L and N terminals are fed from a permanent supply.

the receiver has also been swapped but this has made no difference.

Unlikely to have two faulty receivers, so it must be something else.

i have the honeywell receiver also and rndomly switches off and i have to press the on button again. reallt annoying, been ok for 3 years !!!!

anyone any clueor just need another receiver?
