Honeywell Motorised Valve (V4013H)

I think this valve is the reason I have no CH. I have read it is possible to change the motor/actuator but I cannot find any details about this model. The V4043H seems to be the standard Honeywell part. Was the 4013H replaced by the 4043H and can I use a motor from the 4043.

Yes you can, it's called a synchron motor and they are pretty much universal for all motorised valves
 
Thanks Trevor. Don't suppose you know where I can lay my hands on one. Just done a quick search but the prices vary wildly from around £5 to about £25 and I'm not sure thay are all the same thing.
 
just make sure you get a 240v rather than 24v and you may need a couple of crimp connectors if you use one of the plug in acl ones...screwfix?
