Honeywell room stat change

Hello,

I've just bought a digital dt90e digital tpi room stat to replace my dial t6360.

Looking at the wiring I've noticed that my t6360 is wired via 3 cores using an anticipator to prevent overshoot and undershoot.

Because my new dt90e is tpi control, can I simply remove this cable for the anticipator?

Yes, two wire stat. No need for neutral, terminate it safely.
