Basic room thermostat (turn it clockwise to up temperature) in my hall has been inaccurate since fitted by gas engineer last year.
Was going to replace. Opened it up and at the moment the wiring is : BLUE wire to Terminal 2 , RED wire to Term 3 and BLACK wire to Term 1.
On the back of the stat there is a wiring diagram which seems to conflict. It says N to terminal 2 (with an arrow also to 3) and L to terminal 1.
Seems I've got old wiring but do you think it has been fitted wrong ?
