Honeywell ST6400C

Hiya, I have a problem with my boiler, it seems to come on even when set to off and is regulated by the Honeywell ST6400C box.
at night we hear it switch on and the house heats up. even this morning when we have woken up, we have looked at everything and it is still running, any ideas anyone please?

You must give more info on your system and what controls are fitted to it,ie motorised valves,cylinder and room stats etc.
