Honeywell ST9100C (single channel ) problems

I have had two Honeywell ST9100C timers fail in a row (both from different sources). LED green light comes on but no output on the terminal for heating. There is no click inside and these are brand new timers.
Is anyone else having problems with this timer?

I’ve had issues with brand new Honeywell stuff before, but can’t really comment on that particular item as I haven’t come across many. We have Honeywell controls on our new builds, not sure of model, and they all work fine. Are you 100% sure it’s the timeswitch?

Display disappeared on the one I had ….swopped it for a hive ….
