Still not working, asking me to join Vimeo. I know you haven't changed the valves, but wondered if the heads in the wrong orientation could affect noise too.

Yep works. That is quite bad. Open it up and check everything is secure, mainly the motor, failing that it might just be a failed valve head. Maybe speak to Esi first make sure it's nothing missed.
That’s how the current valves close. It’s a new low friction motor that’s been used so they are less likely to fail and last longer. We do have some that we are currently manufacturing that have an extra component to slow down closing of the valve however these valves have not been delivered to us yet.
I think I’ll return these ones for now and wait for the newer ones to be released. My system still runs as i had a replacement older version of the actuator. Just wanted to purchase a new backup
