Hi, recently installed a Hive CH and all went smoothly and working well. As a temporary measure, I’ve just whacked the old room stat to full but feel this is a bodge, so want to remove old Honeywell unit properly. I know if I disconnect I have to move or bridge in control centre so it can still call for heat between valve and controller, but wiring is a mess! My understanding is once stat wires are gone, I can move the brown live one place to the right and it will work. In theory easy but box is a right mess

Certainly looks like them, remove and make a link, and you will soon find out, remember and remove the Neutral too, easiest way join the red and yellow at the thermostat insulate , remove neutral and isulate and pop into the wall
