i have a Honeywell ST6400C timer that has been working until now, the neon light between the hot water extra hour and override button is constantly flashing. Consequently we have no hot water or heating.

It was installed 3 yrs ago, this has been its 1st fault. Anyway to override?

Digital programmer with a blue neon light ? If so it needs replacing . I've replaced loads which haven't even hit a year old , Honeywell say dodgy component which they have now apparently sorted , easy to replace just undo the 2 screws on the bottom and replace with the same

Many thanks for the info.. Will go out and get one tmw. Cheers

No probs ..... Just don't get the one that says st9400s as this one has inter grated service reminder and I can't b bothered to explain how to disable it lol

Google Honeywell Contact Centre.

Best send an email, usually busy on the phone.

They will usually replace a faulty product if it is relatively recent and have been very good with the ST9400C issue. Keep the faith, (and the cash).
