Honeywell Viper Shock sensor on Texecom Premier LED flashing

Hi, I have a Honeywell Viper shock sensor on a window connected to a Texecom Premier with the Red led constantly flashing.

I have tried several times to clear it by using a master code and reset with no luck.

Any ideas how I can clear this.

Remove power, reconnect power

Is it the only device on that zone ….does the alarm set ok ? …if so don’t worry about it …
