Honeywell wiring centre

Hi guys,
I have a Honeywell wiring centre No. 42005748-001 and the terminal for connecting the mid-pos valve has 6 connections......grn/yel ,brown , grey, blue, orange and white. The problem is my valve has only 5 wires, all the above minus the brown. Do I just ignore the brown terminal or what?

Yep. Old ones had the extra brown.
