hoover acm 15

My hoover acm 15 wont take the fabric conditioner, it is left in the draw at the end of every wash, i have taken out the draw and cleaned it, the syphon is clear.
There is plenty of water getting through, but none seems to be getting to the fab con tray. any help please.
