Hoover disherwasher not heating water

Hi we have a problem with our hoover dishwasher where it only seems to be washing in cold water. Ii seems to heat up to dry everything at the end of the cycle and I'm assuming it would use the same heating element for washing and drying so guessing it's not the element.

Does anyone know what the problem could be?

Older dishwashers had a separate coil element for drying, modern ones use the same for heating water and drying the dishes, so could be a sensor or even pcb issue.
