Hoover Dynamic Next Wasing Machine - Damaged - cosmetic or maybe a problem?

We had bathroom fitters in yesterday and they had to pull out our washing machine (Hoover DXA49W3) to get at pipework. After they had gone my wife noticed that there was a small dent in the casing about 50mm or so to the bottom left of the door. If it's purely cosmetic damage, we could live with it, but is there anything on the inside at that point that could also have been damaged? The hard part to take is that the machine is brand new & just installed 6 days ago.
